Hey , you might be onto something. You might want to start your own brand and have something like a Texas DOP label. Hey , why not ? You should be using raw milk though.

Just made mine and it came out AMAZING! The outside is crunchy and hard, when you bite into it, you get a nice crunch almost as if you’re eating a chip. Then the inside is soft, airy and cushiony like a marshmallow. This would go well with butter and honey and a cup of milk or even for a tuna or salami sandwich. It’s really really good. This’ll be a staple from now on when I’m craving bread. Better to save money and be healthier by making at home 🏡

At the part where he first starts kneading the bread for 8 min, try drizzling a little flour to make the process easier

Today I felt like a couple of dogs but I had no buns. So, off to YT. I made the recipe from another channel (just because it was a 2 minute video). Well, they turned out terrible and I threw them away. I make a fair amount of bread so I'm not a newbie. Anyway, as you said, it's a lot of work and time for a hot dog bun, especially since I live 15 minutes from the store. Now, seeing yours I'm debating whether to try again tomorrow - or, should i just pick up a package? Hmmm....

Hi Larry. Here in Corpus Christi, hot as well. Tomatoes are also coming to an end. I am growing Eagle Pass okra and they are doing great. Got some needed rain this morning. My corn is very small compared to last year and seems like they want to quit. Your Garden looks like you're going to be busy for a while. Thanks for the video. Have a great day.
